SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We observe all major National Holidays which may add a delay to your delivery date.

 

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

 

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service and we will address your issue. Used/damaged merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to returns, Restocking fee however is waived if returned for store credit. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

GIFTS

Gifts must be returned by the original placer of the order. Credit will not be processed if the product is returned by the gift recipient without obtaining authorization first.

 

RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please use traceable shipping service, we may ask you for delivery confirmation in case we are unable to locate your return package.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the processing of your return.
